• Account information. When you register or sign in — including through Sign in with Google — we receive your name, email address, and profile photo. This data is used to create and secure your account.
• Meeting content. The audio recordings you create or upload, the transcripts generated from them, and the related meeting reports and notes.
• Technical usage data. Basic information needed to run the service, such as when a meeting was created and its processing status.

2. How we use your data

• To provide and operate NOTULIS’s core features: audio transcription and meeting minutes generation.
• To authenticate you and keep your account secure.
• To store and display your meeting history, transcripts, and reports.
• To maintain, troubleshoot, and improve the quality of the service.

We do not use your data for advertising and we do not sell your personal data to third parties.

3. Data from Google

If you choose to sign in with Google, we only request access to your basic profile information (name, email address, and profile photo). We do notaccess your Gmail messages, contacts, calendar, Google Drive, or any other Google data. NOTULIS’s use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

4. Third-party services

To provide the service, we use the following providers, which process limited data on our behalf:

• Google Firebase — for authentication and for securely storing your account data and meeting content.
• AI model providers — audio and/or transcripts are processed to produce transcriptions and summaries. This data is used only to carry out your request.

5. Storage and security

Your meeting content is stored under your account and is accessible only to you. We apply reasonable technical and organisational safeguards to protect your data from unauthorised access.

6. Data retention and deletion

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. You can delete meetings and their related content at any time. To delete your account together with all associated data, contact us at the email below and we will process it.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, and to withdraw consent to its processing. To exercise these rights, contact us.
