Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of NOTULIS, the AI meeting minutes application operated by PT. Setyova Inovasi Teknologi (“we”). By creating an account or using NOTULIS, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the service.

1. The service

NOTULIS lets you record or upload meeting audio, generate transcripts automatically, and draft meeting minutes and reports with AI. We may add, change, or discontinue features from time to time.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity that takes place under your account. You agree to provide accurate information when registering and to keep it up to date.

3. Your content and responsibilities

• You remain the owner of the audio, transcripts, and reports you create (“Your Content”).
• You confirm that you hold the rights and permissions needed to record, upload, and process the audio you submit, including consent from meeting participants as required by applicable law.
• You may not use NOTULIS for unlawful activity, to infringe the rights of others, or to process content you do not hold the rights to.

4. Rights you grant us

You grant us a limited permission to process Your Content solely to provide the service to you — for example to store, transcribe, and summarise it. We claim no ownership of Your Content.

5. AI services

Transcripts and summaries are generated automatically by AI models and may contain inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing the output before relying on it. NOTULIS does not warrant the accuracy or completeness of AI-generated results.

6. Service availability

We work to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee that it will always be free of interruptions or errors. We may perform maintenance or update the service at any time.

7. Termination

You may stop using NOTULIS and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, NOTULIS and PT. Setyova Inovasi Teknologi are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. The service is provided “as is”.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be shown on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Your continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
